Jeff is a highly energetic leader with a passion for talent development and building high-performing teams. Over the last 25 years, Jeff has worked across the pharmaceutical, medical, and consumer industry, which has allowed him to gain a global supply chain perspective. Prior to joining the Canada business, Jeff led Commercial Operations for Cardinal Health WaveMark™ Supply Management & Workflow Solutions, which provides clients a SaaS enabled data and analytics solution aimed at reducing the unnecessary cost of care through clinically integrated supply chain management and clinical workflow processes.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Jeff has spent the last 15 years of his career at Cardinal Health working on transformational initiatives directly with healthcare providers to improve efficiencies, outcomes and lower costs. He has held a number of roles across both the pharmaceutical and medical segments of Cardinal Health, including VP, Commercial Operations, Director of Operations, as well as Director of Marketing, Business Development, VP Sales and Operational Excellence. His full understanding of the supply chain has enabled him to successfully achieve material efficiencies and deliver cost savings through collaborative efforts with hospitals.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Account and Business Administration from Otterbein University. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Jeff worked at Target Corporation and in healthcare consulting.

Mark Anderson has a collaborative leadership style and specializes in health system transformation initiatives. As CEO of 3sHealth, Mark relies heavily on his passion for building strong teams and his coaching approach to develop partnerships within the health system. Mark believes it is through strong relationships, collaboration, and a commitment to patients that we can function most effectively as a health system.

In 2017, Mark led the corporate services work stream as part of the Saskatchewan health-care transition team. Under his leadership, the team developed visions and three-to-five-year plans for the corporate service lines in each of Saskatchewan's former 12 regional health authorities, preparing them to transition to the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Before his time with the transition team, Mark was Vice-president of Business Development at 3sHealth, where he provided executive leadership to the Provincial Contracting, Linen Services, Clinical Services, and Business Development departments.

Mark holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Regina and is a certified Lean Leader. He is also an avid outdoorsman and a proud father who loves to coach his kids’ sports teams.
